Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases on videobao, including monthly subscriptions, one-time credit top-ups, and any other paid features.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided the credits have not been consumed. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
- Accidental or duplicate charges
- Platform outage preventing access to paid features
- Unused top-up credits (within the refund window)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits already consumed for video or image generation
- Successfully generated and downloaded content
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window
5. Failed Generations
If an AI generation fails due to a platform error (not user input), the credits for that task are automatically refunded to your account. No manual request is needed. If you believe credits were not refunded for a failed task, contact our support team.
6. Dissatisfaction with Results
AI-generated content has inherent variability. Successfully generated content that does not meet subjective expectations is generally not eligible for a refund. We recommend using the free trial credits to evaluate output quality before purchasing.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Dodo Payments.
9. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@videobao.com with the following information:
- Your account email
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
10. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
11. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). Refunds are handled through Dodo Payments and returned to the original payment method.
